Oceanview Chartered Accountants began with Charles & Sandro coming together with over 30 years of accounting experience between them. Our philosophy behind our practice is to offer clients of all sizes a wholistic and intimate approach with their financial and accounting matters.

Charles Domin
Director & Principal
After 20 years in the accounting industry, being 14 years in public practice and 6 years in commercial accounting, Charles decided it was time to start his own practice combining all his experiences & expertise in both facets of accounting.
With a genuine passion for helping clients, Charles brings a vast array of experience across a variety of accounting disciplines.
Charles’ focus is to help his clients grow & prosper financially with their businesses and to minimise the burden placed on them with various accounting regulations & assisting his clients in anyway possible.
Charles is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
Sandro Teghini
Director & Principal
Sandro Teghini began his career in the accounting industry in 2002 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at Macquarie University. He is a member of CPA Australia.
With over 18 years of experience, Sandro believes in building long term relationships with his clients to help take away the burdens of tax compliance as well as assisting in maximising business performance. He is a firm believer in approachability and communication with his clients.
His role involves business development and structural support along with taxation advice. He services clients in many industries including Construction, Retail, Marketing, Transport and Storage & Professional Services.
He enjoys and continues to play football for Pittwater Football club in Mona Vale, playing golf & spending time with his young family and friends.

- Bronwyn loves running and staying active + spending time with her family
Shelley Hull
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major)
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
- 16 years experience in the accounting industry, being 12 years in public practice and 6 years in commercial accounting
- Shelley loves going for long walks, nature & spending time with her friends
